Governor of Jubail province in charge, Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Askar, confirmed the support of the province for all the activities of Asharqia chamber represented by the branch council in Jubail; as it is based on the principle of partnership between the public and private sectors, and in the interest of the growth and development of the province and provide distinctive services to its people.
This came during a meeting with the Chairman and members of the Business Council branch of Asharqia Chamber in Jubail on Monday at the headquarter of the province, in his first meeting with the Council after the formation of its new Council. The role of complementarity between the business council and the official governmental bodies in the governorate was discussed, due to it great results and advantages.
The meeting agreed on the importance of finding competitive formulas and mechanisms to harmonize the activities and projects of the Council with the proposals of the local council in the governorate in order to comply with the vision of the Kingdom of 2030, which emphasized the principle of partnership and a higher role for the private sector in comprehensive development.
On the other hand, the team held its meeting, which was chaired by the President of the Council Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Mashal, in order to formulate the work plans of the Council during the current session, including setting the general objectives, activities and events planned by the Council during the session.
The meeting resulted in the presentation of a set of proposals for activities and sub-working groups were formed to elaborate the outlines of these proposals.
